In these workshops you will be given tools and skills to help improve your health and wellbeing by learning how to supply your body with the vitamin-rich, antioxidant-dense, carbohydrate and protein-packed, nutrient-hearty foods that make the biggest impact on your health and recovery. You will also learn how to avoid those foods that sabotage your health and contribute to sickness, inflammation, pain and exhaustion.
