We believe in imparting all the knowledge we have to help you heal naturally and maintain well-being for a life time.

Training in Sujok enables you to take care of most of the common problems that you or your family may encounter in day to day life. A few techniques which you can use in the case of an emergency are also taught. After you complete this course you will not have to take medications for minor health issues. You will be able to naturally and holistically address these issues and enjoy good health and wellness.

After completing the basic course you will be awarded a certificate issued by the “International Sujok Association”. Depending on your interest you can pursue the advanced courses or you can just enjoy and implement the knowledge you gained in the basic course to help yourself and others!

Sujok is a natural science and also an art of healing. It not only covers the aspect of human health and healing of diseases, but it also provides a deeper understanding of and ways to lead a healthy and happy life. In a sense Sujok is not just a treatment system but is a “complete science.” In this era, where we see an awareness and a shift towards natural healing systems happening, Sujok appears as a highly promising alternative because of its inherent strengths and benefits. Its scientific footing in research based clinical trials and its capacity to produce rapid and stable results is gaining acceptance worldwide though it is one of the youngest methods of healing systems.

To spread the knowledge of Sujok in its most original and purest essence theoretically and practically, a global body “ISA- International Sujok Association” was established. The International Sujok Association (ISA) is a world-wide non-profit organization whose function is to promote Sujok. The association operates workshops and supervises training of both basic and professional Sujok therapists all over the world. The association is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professional training and ethics.

Against this backdrop, Prakritika conducts two fundamental Sujok Trainings.

Introduction to Sujok Workshop Duration 8 hours – Knowledge Session 1 hour – Practical training included Program Schedule Weekend Program 1 day - 8 hours or 2 days - 4 hours per day Training inclusive of 1 hour of practical training Courseware 1.  Anatomy of the body 2.  Standard correspondence system 3.  Treatment using non-needle techniques like moxibustion, seed therapy, colour therapy and use of magnets for healing Certificate awarded: Participation certificate by Prakritika/ISA on completion of workshop

Sujok Basic Workshop Duration 32 hours - Knowledge Session 4 hours – Practical training included 1 hour – Evaluation Program Schedule Weekend Program - 2 Weekends, 8 hours per day Training inclusive of 4 hours practical training 1 hour evaluation Courseware 1.  Anatomy of the body 2.  Standard correspondence system 3.  Insect correspondence system 4.  Mini correspondence system 5.  Treatment using non-needling techniques like diagnostic probe, moxibustion, seed therapy, colour therapy and use of magnets for healing Examination On completion of course the candidate has to take a written exam of 1 hour Certificate awarded: On scoring 50% marks on evaluation the candidate will be awarded a participation certificate by ISA

Who Can Attend

• The short courses can be undertaken by any person, who desires to actively take steps to improve his health and wellness
• Prior knowledge or training in medical or para-medical fields is not required
• Typically, our participants include persons from all walks of life; whether graduates or not; who desire to learn the methods which may assist them in self therapy of their acute or chronic ailments. They may be retired persons, home-makers, in employment or business, health trainers, dieticians, students, etc.
• Our participants also include doctors and para-medics such as physiotherapists, naturopaths, other alternate therapists, who are keen on learning new skills for helping their patients; often in areas of pain management and lifestyle diseases such as blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, etc.
